| 在大型流行病学研究中，广义病例队列设计是一种广泛应用的方法。它的抽样机制如下：首先从全队列中简单随机抽取一个子队列，然后在剩余的个体中抽取部分发生失效时间的个人，仅观测所抽取个体的协变量信息。
在本文中，我们通过光滑的加权估计方程来估计加速失效时间模型中未知的回归参数，并在预算给定情况下研究了功效的计算方法。通过数值模拟来评估所提出方法的表现，并用所提出的方法分析了一个真实数据。 |

| A note on power calculation for generalized case-cohort sampling with accelerated failure time model |

| Generalized case–cohort sampling has been widely used in large epidemiological studies, where the covariates are observed only for a subcohort randomly selected from
the cohort and a subset of additional failures outside the subcohort. In this paper, under the framework of the accelerated failure time model, we estimate the unknown regression
parameters through the smoothed weighted Gehan estimating equations and study the power calculation for the generalized case–cohort sampling with a fixed budget. The performances
of the proposed method are evaluated via simulation studies. A real data set is analyzed to illustrate the performance of the proposed method |
