| In this paper, we study the complete-internal balanced in philosophy of related concepts and mathematical properties. By theory of multilateral matrices, the completely mathematical determination conditions for the complete-internal balanced block design is proved, and the method of computer validation is given. The balance of orthogonal table are extended. |
